How to submit a Request for APCAM Mediation?

Referral to mediation is consensual. APCAM mediation can be invoked if the parties have agreed to such procedure by means of an APCAM mediation clause or APCAM Arb-Med-Arb clause in the relevant contract, or by means of a mediation submission.

In the absence of a mediation agreement between the parties, a party that wishes to propose submitting a dispute to mediation may submit a mediation submission to APCAM and to the other party, in accordance with Rule 2 of the APCAM Mediation Rules. The Mediator will be appointed as per Rule 3. APCAM conducts mediation process as per the APCAM Mediation Rules.

The submission for Mediation may be made to the office of APCAM Centre of the respective country or choose your APCAM Centre and submit the same online.

The initiating party shall pay the registration fee and advance payment as required under Rule 14 and as per the Arbitration Fee Schedule. You can calculate the fee and expenses using the Fee Calculator.

How to submit a Request for APCAM Arbitration?

A party invoking APCAM arbitration may submit an arbitration submission to APCAM, in accordance with Rule 2 of the APCAM Arbitration Rules. The Arbitrator will be appointed as per Rule 5 or 6. APCAM conducts arbitration process as per the APCAM Arbitration Rules.

How to submit a Request for APCAM Emergency Arbitration?

The claimant can opt for emergency arbitration as per Rule 11 and in accordance with Schedule 2 of the APCAM Arbitration Rules.  

The claimant can also opt for arbitration under the AMA Procedure (Arb-Med-Arb Procedure), as per Rule 11 and in accordance with Schedule 2 of the APCAM Arbitration Rules.

APCAM conducts arbitration process as per the APCAM Arbitration Rules.
