Gender Responsive Approaches to Dispute Resolution
Conducted jointly by Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration & Mediation and UN Women India. Join us on 4th September 2021 at 5.30 PM (India time)(UTC +5.30)
In this unique webinar, the aim is to explore gender positive strategies for corporate negotiations. The idea is to shed light on mediating agreements with a gender lens on substantive issues involved in conciliation processes. The focus is to garner a dialogue on how to capitalize on training mediators in order to narrow the gender gap in dispute resolution. We the seek to build a narrative, streamlined by our speakers who are both pathbreakers in their respective fields, and understand the intricacies of a gender blind spot and how it plays into a bias in dispute resolution mechanisms concerning women.
